Introduction

Welcome to Pathshala. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments and refunds are handled. By purchasing any of our programs, you agree to this policy in full.

Nature of Our Products

All Pathshala offerings are:

  • 100% digital
  • Delivered online
  • Non-tangible

Once access is granted, the product is considered fully consumed and non-reversible.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the course
  • Not using the product
  • Misunderstanding before purchase

Limited Exception (Access Issue Only)

A refund will be considered only if:

  • Your payment is successful
  • You do not receive course access within 24 hours

In such cases:

  • We will first ensure you get access
  • Refund will be processed only if access cannot be provided

Instant Access Policy

  • Most courses are delivered instantly after payment.
  • Once access is given, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

Payment & Refund Processing

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

If a refund is applicable, it will be initiated immediately, but the credit time depends on your payment method:

  • UPI / Wallets: Up to 24 hours
  • Debit / Credit Cards: 2–5 working days
  • Net Banking: 2–5 working days

Note: Delays are controlled by banks, not by Pathshala.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment:

  • The extra amount will be refunded after verification

Technical Support

Facing issues accessing your course? We will:

  • Provide technical support
  • Resolve access issues within 24 hours

Support does not qualify for a refund unless access fails completely.

Payment Disputes

Before raising any chargeback, please contact us. Unauthorized disputes may lead to:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of access to all services

Misuse & Content Protection

Strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing course content
  • Reselling or distributing material

Violation may result in:

  • Account termination
  • Legal action

Policy Updates

  • We may update or modify this policy at any time.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Important Note

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Only refund initiation is immediate
  • Final credit depends on your bank

Legal Jurisdiction

  • This policy is governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
